Skills Development – Building Careers for the Future

For any career to thrive, the foundation lies in acquiring the right skills—especially those in demand in today’s job market. Through Phakamani Learning, funded technology training has been rolled out since 2024 to equip young people with critical digital competencies.
The programme includes: Data Analysis: Focused on Power BI, enabling learners to interpret and visualize data effectively. Data Engineering: Teaching the infrastructure and systems that support data flow and storage. Cyber Security: Preparing learners to protect digital environments and respond to threats.
These learning paths are currently offered in Komati, near Middelburg in Mpumalanga, and introduce learners to essential tools like Power BI. The goal is to empower youth with skills that are both locally relevant and globally competitive.
